  In November 2017 we requested from BTTJ and specifically from Mark Cooper (Solicitor Conveyancing) who was recommended by our broker to handle our first new house purchase. Mark has really completed the whole work package (investigation, contracts, issues and our concerns, 3rd parties involvement, issues with the bank) in an exceptional, professional and very efficient way and delivered our completion date 2 weeks earlier. People like Mark who work hard really from start to finish, worth gold as he was always helpful while paying attention to the details. He always kept us informed, while he was always very friendly and we had excellent communication. We are both grateful to Mark for his service, and we definitely recommend him without second thought.
