  Ordered a new suite from harveys, the salesman was really helpful and went out of his way to do everything we wanted. They notified me by text message that my suite would be delivered and even let me change the day to suit what would be best for me. On the day of delivery they notified me to say the time they would deliver. Even though we were told they would unpack and assemble and take packing away, that didn't happen, we had to unpack, assemble and take packing away ourselves.
  We were very impressed with Harveys until the items were delivered then the company were let down by their delivery team but all in all we would return again
