  The worst experience ever, I had to get the Hollywood lashes & nails done. So, I had been to SimplymeBoutique for my Nails & Hollywood Lashes on Wednesday 22nd June, they looked alright. On Thursday, 23rd of june, from my right eye, one cluster was nearly falling from the corner, which looked really weird & I wondered howcome a cluster is falling when I have got done Hollywood. I ran back to the Salon & the beautician said yes she has put a cluster to give it a better lift, I asked her to remove the cluster as I don’t want any clusters just Hollywood lashes all over, she said ok & in five minutes she said that is all done. On Friday, 24th of June, I woke up and found the cluster falling off from the other eye, I got so upset as out of busy schedule of doing full time job with being full time mom, it was really hard for me to go back again to get it fixed, but had no choice so again went on Friday & I had to tell her how could you lie like that, she again said she is going to remove the clusters just apply Hollywood on & I quite happily accepted that. But again after a couple of days, when I was in Spain, the clusters clearly separated from the Hollywood & looked so ugly & left me in so much of pain & embarrassment, where the biggest ache was how somebody can lie to you so many times. When I got back & I spoke to Linda, the Salon owner, on the first call she was polite & said she will get me my money back & arrange a beautician to remove the lashes for me but she can’t do it till Monday and in the meantime if I can send her the pictures, which I did the same day. I had no response where I had been busy as well so I followed up on the following Monday, one of the beauticians picked up & was extremely rude, in the first place she said they haven’t got any pictures, where I said it is in my sent items & sent on the absolutely correct email address but I can still re-send the pictures to you but she was shouting, screaming, didn’t make any sense & hung up on me. I still left a voicemail for Linda before taking this further, where I had a call back but her statements completely changed & the way she was speaking was unacceptable. So, I decided to take it further. Obviously, I am never going again & not at all recommend.
