  I came to bansal's just before Christmas. They knew I was hoping to move in quick. I gave them 370 for a holding deposit and credit checks. For the first few days after the credit check was completed I rang every day and they kept waiting on landlord. Last time I spoke to them was 5 weeks ago and they still haven't updated me. No contact at all. Wish I had read the reviews think it's best to cut my losses.
